Mr. Kasper practices primarily in litigation, representing businesses, individuals and nonprofits in disputes involving business and real estate. He also focuses a substantial portion of his practice in trust and estate litigation, and is experienced in the areas of planned giving and nonprofit governance and management. He is admitted to practice in Arizona and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.


Before joining Ryan Rapp & Underwood, Mr. Kasper practiced law with the Phoenix law firm, Fennemore Craig, P.C. from 1991 to 1999. Mr. Kasper is a former Arizona Regional Director for the Anti-Defamation League and Vice President for Professional Services with the Arizona Community Foundation.

Mr. Kasper chaired of the governing board of Planned Parenthood of Central and Northern Arizona from 2005 to 2007, and served on its board of directors from 1998 to 2008. He has served on the board of directors of the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Phoenix and has served on the executive committee of the Phoenix Jewish Community Relations Council from 1996 until 2006. He is a past board member of the Jewish Federation of Greater Phoenix, and was presented its Sy Clark Young Leadership Award in 1999. He has served on the board of directors of the Valley of the Sun Jewish Community Center since 2008.

Mr. Kasper is a 1991 honors graduate of the University of Southern California Law School and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Oberlin College in 1985.
