Legal Practice Emphasis: Mr. Brewer devotes his practice to civil litigation, primarily in the areas of insurance defense and construction law. Mr. Brewer's clients have included general commercial insurers, commercial automobile insurers, homeowners’ insurers, general contractors, and subcontractors. Mr. Brewer also represents insurance companies in coverage disputes and bad faith cases.


Professional Experience: Mr. Brewer was first admitted to the federal and state courts of Kansas in 1982. There he represented a variety of clients in personal injury, civil rights, and criminal cases through jury trials and appeals. Upon relocating to Arizona, Mr. Brewer was appointed program director and law professor of Lamson College's degree-awarding paralegal program, where he successfully guided the program through the ABA approval process. Mr. Brewer also worked for Sentry Insurance Company as a litigation manager and liaison with defense counsel in automobile accident lawsuits. Mr. Brewer joined the firm in 2006 and has focused primarily on construction litigation, including construction defect and contract disputes, and insurance coverage and bad faith cases.
