Mr. Bosse was born in St. Louis, Missouri in 1943.

He is admitted to practice in Arizona and Missouri; the United States District Court, District of Arizona; the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; and the United States Tax Court.

Mr. Bosse graduated with his J.D. in 1970 from Memphis State University College of Law. He graduated with a B.S. in Political Science and a B.A. in History from the University of Missouri in 1966.

Before becoming a member of Ryan, Rapp & Underwood, Mr. Bosse worked as a trial attorney for the United States Department of Treasury/IRS from 1970 to 1974, and as an attorney at Snell and Wilmer.

Since entering private practice, Mr. Bosse has worked primarily in the area of tax law, representing individuals and business entities in tax court and administrative proceedings, and counseling them on tax matters. He has lectured at seminars and written various articles on tax-related issues.

Mr. Bosse is a member of the State Bar of Arizona Tax Law Section and the American Bar Association Section of Taxation.
